The idea of the building's skin develops to cause the creation of a project that brought into communion the European urban perception of the city with the needs of the American lifestyle associated to the mall.
Interpretation of geode for the creation of a nursing home. Both functional constraints as the location are undertaken in a systematic and orderly manner in function, material and form.
The over-skin made of cloth plays with the walls. The urban space is the reference to work with the two exempt buildings. It's the point where functionality, facility needs and regulatory, talk with the creative environment, lights, poetry and theater.

The shape of the building is conceived as a framework for different public areas. the inner layout focusses on a hierarchical common space for residents that reduces its scale to the bedroom.
Se analiza la influencia de un proyecto en el paisaje. Se trata de un hotel rural con un programa de diez habitaciones y piscina, con un restaurante independiente. Los materiales contrastan o se amoldan al paisaje según la perspectiva. Se utiliza el desnivel del terreno como referencia para el diseño del complejo.
A landscaping project consisting of a path treatment with aromatic and colorful crops and trees. It ends in a building at the riverside of the Guadalhorce that works as an exhibition and interpretation center of culture in the area. Respect for the environment is the analysis and use of a removable structure and some textures and materials consistent with the environment.

La idea de la piel del edificio evoluciona hasta provocar la creación de un proyecto que pone en comunión la percepción urbana de la ciudad europea con las necesidades del estilo de vida americano asociado al centro comercial.
Draft media library inserted into the parking lot of a shopping center in Kenwood. Proyecto de mediateca insertado en el aparcamiento de un centro comercial en Kenwood.
The interior of the building is designed as an intermediate scale between the vehicle and the customer. The vertical space is continuous, finishes combine household materials (wood) with business needs (advertising media). El interior del edificio se diseña como intermedio entre la escala del vehículo y la del cliente. El espacio vertical es continuo,se utilizan acabados que combinan los materiales domésticos (madera) con las necesidades comerciales (soportes publicitarios).
Urban space is bounded by focal points to create a place as a filter prior to the building entrance. El espacio urbano se acota mediante puntos focales para crear un lugar previo como filtro a la entrada del edificio.
The structure is made with U.S. patents and nearby suppliers. The project seeks continuity with a proposal to wrap the existing building with a skin that serves as an advertising medium, vertical garden and leisure spsces. La estructura con patentes americanas y proveedores cercanos de madera laminada. Se busca la continuidad con una propuesta de envolver el edificio existente con una piel que sirve de soporte publicitario, jardín vertical y espacios de ocio con los pliegues del edificio.

Interpretación del concepto de geoda para la creación de un centro geriátrico. Tanto los condicionantes funcionales como los de localización se ven asumidos por una forma sistemática coherente en función, materia y forma.

Con una sobrepiel de tela que juega con el cerramiento, se trabaja el espacio urbano como referente para ejecutar dos edificios exentos. Se encuentra un punto de diálogo entre la funcionalidad, las necesidades de las instalaciones y las normativas con el ambiente creativo, las luces, la poética y el teatro.
La forma del edificio se plantea como un marco para las zonas públicas de distinto carácter. La distribución interior se centra en un espacio común para los residentes que se jerarquiza y disminuye su escala hasta la célula habitacional.

INTERPRETATION CENTER
Un proyecto paisajístico consistente en el tratamiento de un camino de cultivos aromáticos y coloristas que acaba en un edificio a la orilla del río Guadalhorce que funciona como sala de exposiciones y centro de interpretación de la cultura de la zona. El respeto por el medio resulta en el análisis y uso de una estructura desmontable y unas texturas y materiales coherentes con el entorno.

The influence of a project on the landscape is analyzed. It is a rural hotel with ten rooms, a pool and a separate restaurant. Depending on the perspective materials contrast or conform to the landscape. The uneven ground is used as a reference for the design of the complex.

NEW CEMETERY AT MÁLAGA
This is a revision of the contemporary concept of how cemeteries have to be built. The visitors have a walk between the trees that helps them to pass duel. Speed slows down to make way for the massive buildings where are the interactions with death.
Es una revisión del concepto contemporáneo de cómo deben ser construidos los cementerios. El paseo de los visitantes entre los árboles les ayuda para atravesar el duelo. La velocidad se ralentiza al dar paso a los edificios masivos donde se dan las interacciones con la muerte.
